Brief
This project with a modern tropical concept spans a 12 x 29-meter plot of land. Embracing a monochromatic theme for color tones and materials, we aim to create a distinctive impression for the outdoor garden. The garden itself runs along the side of the house, stretching from the carport area to the back, with an inner courtyard that separates the two buildings.
The inner courtyard acts as a divider between the living room and the kitchen along with other service areas. It serves not only as a separator but also functions as a channel for hot air to exit through its center and be expelled upwards. By providing ample green space, our hope is to bring a sense of coolness into the house and attain sufficient natural lighting.
