Brief
We are excited to introduce a new residential project in Sentul, located on a triangular corner lot. The plan involves building an extension approximately 6x5 meters in size. Although the space isn't large, our goal is to avoid the appearance of an "afterthought" addition. Instead, we aim to design this extension as an independent entity that remains humble and harmonious with its surroundings. This approach not only seeks approval from the developer but also ensures that the space is simple and efficient.
After allocating the 6x5 meter area for the building, the remaining space will be utilized for a garden that supports circulation, lighting, and privacy. The design must align with the surrounding environment, and as the developer does not permit traditional fences, we will implement a "living fence." This natural barrier will be created using banana plants and horsetail grass, which will enhance the side and rear garden areas.
This thoughtful approach ensures the extension integrates seamlessly with the existing landscape, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Our commitment to eco-friendly and efficient design aligns with contemporary residential trends, making this project a valuable addition to the Sentul area.
